If you are not, please call us within 24 hours and we will cheerfully come back and correct the problem and write you a $50 check on the spot. *If you are still unsatisfied we will refund your money AND write a check for the same amount to a charity of your choice in your name. We appreciate the feedback and we like knowing how we can serve you best. So don't hesitate...we want to know! We value and put great importance on open and honest communication. If we don't hear from you, we will assume that all is well. (And we love hearing that too - it's a big motivator for your cleaning team!)
*We of course would cheerfully work towards a satisfactory resolution for you should you be not be satisfied with our work. However, we limit our guarantee of Initial Cleans, Move-in, or Move-out Cleans to only the correction of the work performed and not to money refunded.
