Answer: For clients that request it, we will make a reminder call the day prior to your cleaning. Sometimes people forget whether or not they had a reminder call. In those circumstances, as long as we have access to your home, we will clean as scheduled and payment arrangements should be made with our office within 24 hours. If we cannot gain access to your home on a scheduled cleaning day, a minimal lockout fee of $45 may be assessed. This fee is in place to cover the cost of doing business-including transportation, wages and clerical.
Answer: It is not necessary for anyone to be home.
Answer: The initial clean is a very deep cleaning. It’s catching up on things and doing a variety of first-time tasks that prepare us to maintain your home to our own company's standard which we have intentionally set high. These tasks require extra time and effort and need to be done before we can begin regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning of a home. You will truly enjoy the way your home looks and feels after this deep clean!
Answer: With the exception of severe weather, your cleaning day will always remain the same. However, with the exception of the 1st appointment in the morning, we cannot guarantee a specific time of day. Because our schedules and travel direction can change from one week to the next and traffic is unpredictable it makes it difficult for us to guarantee exact times for your regularly scheduled visits. You are always welcome to give us a time frame when you will return home so we can try to be done by then. WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO ACCOMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS.
